This Swantide Workflow allows you to determine the number of days a record has had a specific Picklist Value. For instance, you can track and view the duration a Lead has maintained the value 'LeadSource = Web'.

This workflow is helpful when tracking changes or running reports to identify any idle records, records that need to be updated, or records that need to take action.

However, you can also track this for other Objects as well. For example, if I wanted to track, how long has it been since an Account has been marked as 'Type = Prospect'

Then in Salesforce, I can see both on the Lead and Account Object when these records were Timestamped a specific Picklist Value.
