Overview:
Swantide's AI Assistant empowers end users of Salesforce to become a more efficient Admin by blending your Salesforce Environment's Metadata with large language models.
End Users of Swantide can use the AI Assistant to ask questions about their Salesforce Environment to get them up to speed about how their Salesforce is configured as well as ask prescriptive questions on how to accomplish certain tasks such as updating a Flow, generating certain Reports, how to update Page Layouts, etc.
How to Prompt the Assistant:
Within your Swantide App, navigate to the top right corner where you see the Swantide Logo:
From there, you can see previously generated questions or ask a new question. Note, your questions that you previously asked are only tied to your user login so ask away!
Example Prompts:
"Karen, my colleague, who is an admin user cannot see the Swantide page layout for Opportunities. Instead, she is seeing the default page layout. How do I change her page layout settings?"
"One of my Sales Reps (Kelly Shimp) cannot access a dashboard saved in a public folder when everyone else with his same permission set can access it."
