Publishing a Workflow

Learn how to publish your own Workflow to your asset library

Once you've tested and validated your Workflow is ready for publishing. Follow the steps below to publish your Workflow to the orgs of your choosing:

  1. Navigate to the Workflow in your Manage Workflows tool in Swantide
    ​

  2. Determine which of your Organizations should have access to the Workflow by defining Organizations with access. This allows you to pick and choose which of your Swantide organizations should see the Workflow in the available Workflows library.

    Note: If all of your connected orgs should have access to the Workflow once it's published, you can leave it set to "All".

To update, click into the purple text next to "Organizations with access:", you can then begin typing specific org names or select "Add current and all child orgs" to add all available orgs to the list.

Once the list is complete, click "Update."

3. Now that you've defined which orgs should have access to the Workflow once it's published, click the "Actions" button and select "Publish" to add the Workflow to available/published Workflows in the relevant libraries.

The Workflow will now show up in the Swantide app Workflows section for each of the available orgs, you can always change this list or unpublish at a later date if needed.
