Changing another users Salesforce Password

As an admin user, you can change another user's salesforce password taking the following steps

  1. As an Admin, navigate to your Salesforce Homepage and click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner

  2. Click "Setup"

  3. In the quick find box, search for Users and click "Users"

  4. Navigate to the User(s) that you are trying to reset the password for an check the box to the left of the applicable names

  5. Once all of the User(s) in question are selected, click the "Reset Password(s)" button and they should receive an email to reset their password.
