Tracking Events
Tracking activities can be a full time job, trying to keep up with Reports and then oftentimes, reports not easily showing you just the total # of Events on associated with a Lead or Account record. This Workflow will:
Total up the # of Events associated to a Lead or Account and input the data into a field
Having the data in a net new field allows you to pull it into any report that references the associated object - rather than being gated to specific Activity Report Types
