Use Case:
Oftentimes, it can benefit reps to be able to view the Stage and Type on the Account from the most recent Opportunity so that users can see the Opportunity lifecycle if they exist
Use this Workflow to take the most recent Opportunity's Stage and Type on the Account object for users to reference.
