How It Works:
Triggers when the Next Step field is changed
Stamps both the previous value and date so that you can track current next steps & historic
The format will be: Date of Next Step being filled out, the user, and the next step
So if the user Khakie wrote "Call the key stakeholder" in next steps, on 2/16/23, the history would be:
February 16th, 2023 - Khakie: Call the key stakeholder
