With this Swantide Workflow, if you have a Pick-List Field on the Account, you can make other fields required on the Account Record when a rep enters a value for that Pick-List Field.
For Example, for my Prospect Accounts, when a Rep selects a value for the Pick-List field "Industry", I would like the rep to enter a value for the fields, "State" and "Number of Employees".
When an Item is selected under "Industry" and I go to save the record, the system will prevent me from saving the record until I populate both "State" and "Number of Employees".
What this will look like in Salesforce if Industry is populated and Employees and State is not.
