The "Swantide - New Case Slack Notification" flow is designed to automate the process of notifying team members via Slack when a new case is created in Salesforce. This flow simplifies communication and ensures that team members receive timely updates about new cases, enhancing responsiveness and collaboration.
How It Works:
When a new case is created in Salesforce, the flow posts a message in a specified Slack channel (Channel must be public). This message includes details about the new case, such as the case name, priority, and associated account.
Variable Inputs:
In order to deploy this workflow, you will need to enter the Channel and Workspace ID of your Slack Environment. The Channel ID is the Public Channel in which the message will be sent to and the Workspace ID is the ID of your Slack Environment.
