Update Case Lookups for Contacts and Accounts After Lead Conversion

This workflow is designed to update case records associated with a lead when the lead is converted. It first checks if the lead is converted and retrieves all related case records.

If the lead is converted, it assigns the converted account and contact IDs to the corresponding fields in each related case.

Additionally, the workflow ensures that these updates are only made if the case fields are unpopulated.

Finally, it updates the case records with the new account and contact information upon lead conversion.

Variable Inputs:


For this workflow, we just need 1 variable input from you which is the Lead Lookup Field on Cases.
