Overview:
With this Swantide Workflow, you can create multiple tasks for your Opportunity Owner as the Opportunity enters a specified stage. This workflow can be used in multiple iterations for each of your Opportunity Sales Stages.
Variable Inputs:
Opportunity Stage: Select the Opportunity Stage in which you would like these Tasks to be created in.
Due Date: In put the Number of Days out in which you would like these Tasks due when the Opportunity reaches the above stage.
Subject(s): Type out each Task Subject. Each subject will correlate to the Number of Tasks you will create.
Recreation of Tasks: Lastly, type "Yes" or "No" if you would want the Tasks to be recreated in the event if the Opportunity is moved back into the above stage you selected.
How this Appears in Salesforce:
After deploying this workflow into Salesforce, when I moved my Opportunity to the Opportunity Stage "Proposal/Price Quote", I am able to see 3 tasks that were created and due 5 days out from the date in which I moved this Opportunity to said stage.
