Using the AI Admin Details Page

The details page on AI Admin components unlocks full visibility into your task deployments. This gives you visibility into what happened during deployments and provides multiple ways to resolve a failure, without needing to restart the task from scratch.

When Will You See The Details Page?

After a component deploys, you will see three dots appear next to it. This allows you to click into the component to view the details page.

We find that this is the most useful for components that fail so that you can easily and dynamically take action.

However, the Details page also exists for tasks that have been successfully deployed where you can view specific details and look at the components deployment history.

Resolving a failed component

When a task fails during the deployment step, the Details Page lets you:

  • See exactly where and why the failure occurred

  • Choose how you want to re-deploy

This helps you recover from failed deployments without starting over.

View Deployment History

After clicking into the component's detail page, you can view any failed attempts, View Diffs between them, and the specific error messages.

Options for Redeploy

Manual Redeploy: gives you direct control over the deployment changes when you know exactly how to fix the error you are seeing

  • After clicking into "Manual Redeploy," you will see the JSON to make direct edits to the failed component

  • After making edits, click "Deploy" to retry the component deployment and record the deployment history with the deployment attempts

Agentic Redeploy: gives you the options to restart the components agent deployment in a single step or multi step

The Agentic re-deploy runs the component through the generative AI cycle to continue attempting the deployment.
