Sometimes when a Salesforce issue or bug arises, the Salesforce support team will need access to your Salesforce environment to troubleshoot. You can take the following steps to grant them access:

1. Navigate to the Profile icon in the top-right hand corner of Salesforce
2. Click "Settings"
3. Search for "Access" in the quick find box
4. Click "Grant Account Login Access"
5. toggle to the Salesforce.com Support option and choose Access Duration of 1 month
6. Click "Save"
