Auto Convert Leads to Contacts

As a reminder, Swantide suggests using the Leads object to house messy data. When that data is verified, the Lead should 1) be converted to a Contact and 2) either mapped to an existing Account or create a new Account.

This process can become tedious if you have a large volume of Leads to convert. Swantide has built an automation to mass convert these leads to Contacts and map them to a pre-existing Salesforce Account.

Please note: this will only work for Leads that can be matched via their domain to an Account. We would suggest filling out as many Account Domain values as possible prior to requesting this workflow. Additionally, this will not create new Accounts to avoid duplicate records and dirty data. So, any Lead that does not have a domain match will remain as a Lead and will need to be converted manually.
