Use a roll-up summary field to calculate the total number of Opportunities associated with a given Account.

If you'd like to implement other logic into the roll-up summary, for instance, the # of Active Opportunities, or the # of Closed Won Opportunities, submit a SlackBot Request outlining the logic you want implemented into your summary field.
