This Swantide Workflow allows customers to roll up a field from Active Won Opportunities onto their related Account.
An Active Opportunity is a Closed Won Opportunity with an Active End Date greater than or equal to the current date. Note: for customers on Base Package, this field will be "Contract End Date" in your Salesforce environment.
This Workflow is perfect for customers looking to summarize Opportunity data up to the Account. For example, a RevOps manager might want to know the “# of Locations purchased” from all active Opportunities onto an Account field called “Active Purchased Locations.”
Or, businesses that sell a number of Licenses based on each Opportunity can roll up a field, such as the “# of Licenses Purchased," from all active Opportunities onto a field on the Account called “Active License Count."
