There are a few different ways to access your Sandbox Environments. Once you have confirmed with your Swantide CSM that the sandbox is ready-to-go, take one of the following routes below:
From Salesforce Login Page
Navigate to the Salesforce login page https://login.salesforce.com/ or your custom sandbox login URL
Note: When working with Swantide Sandboxes, these will often be your production url with ".swantide" at the end
Fill out the appropriate login information outlined below and login!
Username: this will be your production username with the name of your sandbox domain appended to the end, as mentioned above, if working with a Swantide sandbox, this will typically be ".swantide"
Password: when you first setup your Sandbox account, this will be your production password - or you will receive a password generation link to your standard email. If you choose to update your password in sandbox, we recommend saving this informations separate from your Production password information so that you store and save it appropriately
Example:
Production Username: khakie@swantide.com
Sandbox Username: khakie@swantide.com.swantide
From Setup
Navigate to Setup
Search for "Sandbox" in the Quick Find
Navigate to the correct Sandbox (there could be a few) and click "Login" - use the login information in the steps above
