To log a ticket with SFDC Support, follow these steps:
1. Before you begin, make sure to grant SFDC Support Login Access, following the steps outlined in this video.
2. Navigate to the upper right hand corner of your SFDC environment, and select the question mark icon.
3. From the dropdown menu, select "Get Support."
4. From the top menu, select "Contact Support."
5. Then, click "Create a Case."
6. Fill out all of the required information, include collaborators via email) and specify in your message that you have already granted login access to SFDC Support.
After you fill complete this information and submit the case, SFDC Support will reach out to you via email.
