With this Swantide Workflow, you can require your reps to add in a value under Phone, Email, or URL when creating a new lead.
This requirement ensures that when creating a lead, there is at least one data point for contacting the Lead.
In the below example, the Workflow is creating a Validation Rule that requires your rep to enter in a value for the Standard Fields (Phone or Email) or a value for a custom field where you store the Lead's URL information (in this case, a link to their LinkedIn profile).
