If you deployed Validation Rule Workflows within Swantide and need to update them, the great news is that you can update those Validation Rules from the App.

In your App, go to the "My Workflows" section, under "Enabled" locate the Validation Rule in Scope. Typically the Workflow Name will have "Required" in the Name or Description.

For Example, I have the following Validation Rule called "Start Opportunities in the First Stage". If I wanted to update this, all I would need to do is hit the 3 dot ellipses, and a new module will appear.

In the below screenshot, you can see that this Validation rule is set to trigger on Opportunities that equal the "New Business" Type and the First Stage is "Meeting Set"

I now have actually a New Stage Name that starts in the First Stage called "Prospecting". Therefore, if I wanted to update this Validation Rule, I just need to click the area where it states Opportunity>StageName>Meeting Set. Once I click on that, all I need to do now is update the dropdown to "Prospecting" and click "Save".

Afterwards, all I need to do is click Redeploy and the Updated Validation Rule will now be in your Salesforce environment for the "Prospecting" stage.
