Update a Lead or Contact Picklist Field when Activity (Task or Event) is Logged

With the Swantide Workflow(s):

  1. Update Contact Picklist Field on Logged Task or Event and

  2. Update Lead Picklist Field on Logged Task or Event

When an Activity (Task or Event) is logged on the Lead or Contact you can have this workflow update a Picklist Field on the Related Lead or Contact to a specific value.

For example, every time an Activity is logged on the Lead Record, I would like the Status to be updated to Working.
โ€‹
Using that Example, my variable inputs would be as such:

Once deployed, you can see on the Lead Record "Wario Wario" when a Task or Event is logged, the Lead Status is updated to "Working"

Similarly, you can see this same setup done for the Contact Record.
