Mass Update Case Status From Account

With this Swantide Workflow, you can Mass Update related Case Status from a related Account.

For example, I have over 10 cases related to a specific Account, but 10 in this example is just an arbitrary number.

With regards to these 10 cases, I can use a Screenflow from the Account record to update these Case Statuses to "Closed" . To do so, I would go to the Account Record in Scope, and click "Update Cases"

From there a Screenflow will appear where I can see all my Cases related to this particular Account that are not in the status of "Closed"

I can select the Case Status I want to update these cases in. I can select all Cases or 1 or as many as I want.

Once I selected the Case Status I want to update these selected cases in the table, I hit "Next" and viola, these Case's Case Status are updated, in this case "Closed"

Once you have deployed this Workflow, you will need to add the "Update Cases" button onto the Account Page Layout. To do so follow these instructions.
