1. Connect your org
Swantide reads your Salesforce configuration, so the first step is connecting an org and letting it finish. It takes 24 to 72 hours to document an org. Once that is done, the AI Assistant becomes available.

2. Explore what you have
The Data Dictionary is the browsable picture of your org: every object, field, flow and class, each with a description, its dependencies, and a history of what changed. Start here before you ask anything, because it is also where you find the names you will want to use later.

3. Ask the AI Assistant
The Assistant answers questions about your org by working through its metadata. Ask it to explain something, work out why a behaviour is happening, or tell you what a change would affect.

4. Get exactly the answer you want
Start from a prompt that already works. Find the job you are doing, copy the prompt, and swap in your own component names.

5. Turn a question into a document
When you want something you can send to a colleague or a client rather than read in the chat, ask for a Deep Dive and you get a document.
6. Make the change
AI Admin takes a task, writes a technical design for you to review, and deploys it to Salesforce once you approve.
7. Go deeper on a specific job

Connect the org and let it finish reading.
Open the Data Dictionary and find an object you know well. Read its description, then open its References to see what touches it.
Ask the Assistant to walk you through a process you already understand, so you can judge the answer. Keep it at the process level.
