When this Swantide Workflow is enabled, it will check for all Closed Won Opportunities and determine if the Contract End Date remains in the future (i.e., Contract End Date >= Today) daily.

If the Contract End Date is greater than or equal to the current date, it will mark the Opportunity as an Active Opportunity.

If the Contract End Date is no longer greater than or equal to “Today’s” date, it will mark the Opportunity as no longer active.

This Workflow offers RevOps folks a view of their Customer pipeline, allowing them to take a quick pulse on which Opportunities are still active.
