A prerequisite to this Workflow is to enable the following Workflow "Formula Field to Check BANT Complete on Opportunities"
With this Swantide Workflow, require reps to enter in all the Key BANT Fields prior to moving an Opportunity to a specific Stage. The Validation Rule works off another Workflow called "Formula Field to Check BANT Complete on Opportunities" which when deployed uses a Checkbox to determine if BANT has been completed.
So for example, if you already deployed the Workflow "Formula Field to Check BANT Complete on Opportunities" and your Variables Inputs were along the lines of what is in the Screenshot (1) for that workflow, you will want to include them in the Error Message for Screenshot (2).

However, the error message can be anything you wish to display, just make sure you enter in all the required fields that make the Formula Field "BANT Complete" to equal true.
Reason for This: By focusing the Validation Rule on 1 checkbox (in the form of a Formula Field), you will be limiting the number of Validation Rules you need to maintain on the Opportunity Object.
Once this Workflow is Deployed, the following Validation Rule will trigger if a reps moves an Opportunity to a Stage without completing BANT first!
