Salesforce:

This dashboard can be distributed to each sales rep to view their current active pipeline and tasks. The reports will automatically filter to the Salesforce user's pipeline.

Dashboard components:

  • My Closed ARR - Current FQ

  • My Closed ARR - Current FY

  • My Open Opportunities (with Stage, ARR, Next Step, and Close Date)

  • ARR in Pipeline by Stage

  • My Accounts without Open Opportunities Contacted in the Last 30 Days

  • My Open Tasks

HubSpot:

The My Pipeline Dashboard provides reps with one consolidated view of the various objects that are most commonly used. It also shows pipeline closing this quarter by stage, and Closed Won revenue this quarter. The relevant reports are:

  • Companies: Shows all Companies owned by the user where there is not an open opportunity or task. Reps can review this list to determine if action is required to create an opportunity

  • Deals: All open deals owned by the user

  • Tasks: All open tasks owned by the user.

The reports in this dashboard depend on the record owner being specified. If you are not seeing records that you’re expecting to, first confirm that you are the record owner.
