Salesforce:

Get more insight into your sales process with the Executive Sale Summary dashboard. Dashboard components include:

  • All Time Closed Won ARR

  • ARR and Deals booked by Quarter

  • Closed Won this Quarter by Opportunity Type and Stage

  • Pipeline Closing this Quarter (aggregate) and by sales rep

  • List of Opportunities closing this quarter

  • Win Ratio, ACV, and Average Deal Cycle by Rep in Aggregate

    • Also broken down by month

  • New opportunities created in the Last 7 Days

  • Opportunities with Stage Change in the Last 7 Days

HubSpot:

The Sales Metrics Dashboard shows 4 key sales metrics:

  • Average Deal Value by Month - Please note that this shows the average deal value (in your specified deal currency) for deals that closed in that month

  • Average Sales Cycle - Shows the average duration from Creation to Close (both Closed Won and Closed Lost). This value exists on each deal via a calculated field called Sales Cycle.

  • Closed Won Revenue by Month - Shows total closed won revenue (in your specified deal currency) for deals that closed in that month

  • Win Rate by Rep: The default report shows the overall win rate. Use the filters in the top left-hand corner to filter for certain sales reps

This dashboard shows the default Sales Pipeline to start; you can add filters in the top left-hand corner to view other pipelines.
